Head Start/ Early Head Start Programs
Federally funded program aimed to improve school readiness of low-income children. Early Head Start Programs are for children age 8 weeks to 3 years of age; Regular Head Start programs are for children aged 3 until school age. Must provide proof of family size and income.

The Access Center
Its mission is to improve educational outcomes for elementary and middle school students with disabilities. Provides a Web database of state profiles and resources developed by states and districts to support access to the general education curriculum for students with disabilities.
