Coalition to End Childhood Lead Poisoning
Provides advocacy, education and outreach in an effort to prevent childhood lead poisoning. Johns Hopkins Children’s Safety Center
Provides low cost safety products like cabinet latches, medicine cabinet guards, smoke alarms, bath thermometers, bike helmets, syrup of ipecac, lock boxes, stair gates, outlet plug covers and car safety seats. Also provides car safety seat rental program, personalized child safety education, hands-on practice with safety products, education materials and consultations to community groups.

Maryland Kids in Safety Seats (KISS)
KISS has been the state's lead agency in child passenger safety. The mission is to help reduce the number of needless injuries and deaths by educating the public on child passenger safety. Offers literature and program materials for Maryland residents and provides training and technical assistance in child passenger throughout the state as well as coordinates the rental of safety seats.
