Communities in Schools ELITE Program
Minority male students ages 9 to 12 within selected Columbus and Whitehall schools meet weekly at school for about an hour, either during school hours or after school. The weekly meetings have a specific focus, such as conflict management, decision making and goal setting. The program also offers field trip experiences and summer opportunities.

Leaderspark
With this free program, students ages 14 to 24 can gain internship and community service hours for their time in the program and working on various community projects. There is also an opportunity for school credit with the new Columbus City Schools Flex Credit program. Students learn to be leaders in the school and society.
