Franklin County Children Services (FCCS)
Individuals can report child abuse or neglect in Franklin County through their 24-hour child abuse hotline or visit the office in person. Emergency placement can be provided for at-risk children and teens. When appropriate, temporary placement with relatives, foster homes, or treatment centers are coupled with services to support family reunification and reduce the level of risk to the child. They can link families with community services, such as parenting classes, child care and substance abuse treatment.

National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
They have a quick search for missing children and a call center for reporting a sighting of a missing child, as well as a cyber tip line to report child pornography or suspected child sexual exploitation. Provides emergency shelter and crisis intervention to youth ages 12 to 18. Mount Carmel Crime & Trauma Assistance Program
Helps children and teen victims of crime and trauma, including survivors of childhood sexual abuse and other forms of trauma (such as natural disaster, car accidents, serious medical treatment or domestic violence).
