Franklin County Children Services (FCCS)
Individuals can report child abuse or neglect in Franklin County through their 24-hour child abuse hotline or visit the office in person. Emergency placement can be provided for at-risk children and teens. When appropriate, temporary placement with relatives, foster homes, or treatment centers are coupled with services to support family reunification and reduce the level of risk to the child.

Provides 24-hour emergency shelter, counseling and legal support for women facing domestic violence and their children (birth to age 17). The location is kept confidential for safety reasons. Huckleberry House
Provides emergency shelter and crisis intervention to youth ages 12 to 18. Runaway youth can go to a designated Safe Place site for immediate assistance and support at any 24-hour Kroger store, White Castle or local fire station. Teens must be willing to work on family problems. Support is free and confidential. Counseling is provided for children and teens ages 6 to 18.

Mount Carmel Crime & Trauma Assistance Program (CTAP)
Helps children and teen victims of crime and trauma, including victims of domestic violence. They provide free counseling and healing in both group and individual settings. Teaches safety awareness and self-defense through workshops offered for people of all ages, starting with children age 5 and above. They also have experience working with people with special needs. Although they do not provide direct services to victims, they offer a lot of information about local and state programs for victims of sexual assault, hate crimes, homicide, domestic violence, teen dating violence and sexual abuse. Village Network
The sexually reactive and juvenile sex offender program is in Wooster, Ohio and is designed to help sexually dysfunctional youth that have had little or no prior treatment and have had a sexual offense. The Columbus location provides some programs for sexually reactive youth as well.
