Northwest Counseling Services
Program: outpatient individual and group counseling for alcohol and other drug related problems.
Eligibility: male and female, different ages are accepted on a case-by-case basis
Cost: government and some private insurance. Franklin County residents pay on a sliding fee scale. Residents outside of Franklin County must pay the full fee rate.
