St . Patrick Center
Housing assistance through several programs including:
Independent Living Skills/ABE&GED - a program that helps individuals and their families gain essential skills necessary for successful independent living. Along with living skills training, clients receive advice covering: family roles; characteristics of strong families; child stress management; balancing work and family; child development; appropriate discipline; effective communication; child-abuse prevention; kids and their self-esteem; parenting values; homelessness prevention through money management; good nutrition on a budget; career-readiness; goal-setting; decision-making and securing permanent housing. As an incentive to participate, St. Patrick Center supplies a financial assistance award to homeless graduates of the Living Skills Program.

Neighborhood Support - a prevention program that helps families in existing housing to overcome housing crises through utility or rent payments. Clients also receive clothing, food, bus tickets, and household goods.

Project Protect - provides a comprehensive continuum of care for homeless and impoverished families with children in out-of-home placements or at risk of being removed from homes due to parental substance abuse. In addition, it applies the evidence-based practice Intensive Case Management (ICM).

Rosati (Apartments/Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)/Group Home) - provides permanent, supportive housing; assertive community treatment; and/or a pathway to permanent housing depending on the program.

Youth in Need
Emergency shelter for youth ages 10-18. Transitional Living for youth ages 16-21. Youthworks program: GED classes, life skills education, counseling and job placement for ages 16-21.
