The mission of the St. Louis Regional Asthma Consortium is to close the gap that exists between people affected by asthma and the knowledge and services that will help them. Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital will perform audiologicals on children. They accept straight Medicaid, HealthCare USA, MercyCare Plus or Harmony Health as well as private insurance. You may schedule an appointment by calling: (314) 577-5671.

Step 1:
Determine where child obtained glasses and whether eye exam was recent, either from the family or through MC+ plan.
Step 2a:
Contact Optometry office where exam took place and glasses were prescribed and request that they contact the specific MC+ plan and request “authorization for replacement glasses.”
Step 2b:
If the last eye exam was a year or more old, the child will need a new exam.
OR
If parent does not remember what plan their child is in or what optometry office they went to, use the following information:
