The Domestic Violence Coordinating Council is a state agency that works on Delaware's response to domestic violence. New Castle County: Catholic Charities Domestic Violence Intervention and Anger Management Counseling
Catholic Charities' Domestic Violence Perpetrator Intervention Program focuses on offenders to make them accountable for their unacceptable behavior and teach them effective ways of handling an intimate relationship. Working with offenders, the program helps prevent or reduce repeat offenses and provides safety for the victims of domestic violence (most often women and children).

Sussex County: Abriendo Puertas
Abriendo Puertas provides hotline support, shelter and case management services to sheltered and non-sheltered Latino women (and their children) who are victims of domestic violence. Services include: Transportation, translation, court advocacy, and support with housing, work, education, health, and other related issues. The length of stay at the shelter is sixty (60) days. Victims may be accepted from Kent and New Castle Counties as well as from out of state (if in danger) through proper referral.
