Childcare Consultants, Inc. administers four programs: 1) Assistance in locating quality childcare facilities to families in York and subsidized fee-assistance for low-income families that meet income and work requirement set by the state; 2) Keystone stars quality and improvement initiative in 8 counties (Adams, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York); 3) Child and Adult care food service sponsor to reimburse providers part of the cost of serving healthy meals in all but Chester of the counties; and 4) Home-based training and mentoring programs to childcare providers in York County. - Child Care Consultants
