The Tap In program offers help for Franklin County residents who have low-level, non-violent misdemeanor warrants. Non-violent misdemeanors may include theft, criminal trespassing, drug offenses, soliciting or driving offenses. Staff assist in recalling and rescheduling legal cases without the need for arrest.
