Menu options include diabetes-friendly, heart-friendly, renal-friendly, halal, kosher, vegetarian, lower sodium, pureed, high protein or general wellness. Meals may be provided for free or at a discount for customers who are over 65, disabled, being discharged from a medical facility, or are on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cap4kids.org\/columbus\/ohio-insurance-managed-care-plans-mcp\/\">Medicaid<\/a> \/ Medicare Advantage plan that offers a paid meal benefit. Customers may also choose to self-pay for meals.\u00a0 Mom&#8217;s Meals cannot determine eligibility for customers. You must contact your Medicaid provider of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cap4kids.org\/columbus\/franklin-county-office-on-aging\/\">Area Agency on Aging<\/a> to submit an authorization on your behalf to use benefits. Case managers may also enroll clients.
