Barriers may include low income, lack of work experience, unreliable transportation, contact with the justice system, foster care, homelessness, pregnancy\/parenting, or other challenges. Participants are paired with a personal advocate\/AMP Coach for personalized support. Services include career exploration, coaching, workplace development training, financial literacy, educational support, job placement, and more. The program is delivered by community organizations across Columbus, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cap4kids.org\/columbus\/impact\/\">IMPACT Community Action<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cap4kids.org\/columbus\/st-stephens\/\">Greater Columbus Community House<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cap4kids.org\/columbus\/lead-the-way-learning-academy\/\">Lead the Way<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cap4kids.org\/columbus\/all-that\/\">All THAT Works<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cap4kids.org\/columbus\/goodwill-columbus\/\">Goodwill Columbus<\/a>.
