The group focuses on caregiver mental health. They strive to bring isolated parents into a community where they can feel heard and supported, as well as receive specialized coping strategies for the unique challenges many caregivers face. There is a small fee per group. Limited scholarships are available for families interested in attending but facing financial barriers. They also host social meetups throughout the year. Grey Space Counseling also offers outpatient individual and couples therapy. Services are self-pay.
