\nThrough the Office of Child Support Services (OCCS), the HRA will receive, process, and assist you in getting the following services:

\n\u2022 Locating your child\u2019s other parent
\n\u2022 Formalizing parenting arrangements
\n\u2022 Establishing a support order (this opens the case in Family Court) and
\n\u2022 Facilitating funds transfers to you
\n
\nYou don\u2019t have to be a citizen to get this service and you won\u2019t be asked about your immigration status.
