Our qualified parent advisors assist parents in understanding their children&#8217;s disabilities, educational development, and healthcare needs. Families of children with disabilities or special healthcare needs can call PEAL between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to speak with a parent advisor.\u00a0 There is no cost to the family for reaching out to the PEAL Center and speaking with a parent advisor. We have parent advisors located in Western, Central, and Eastern Pennsylvania.
