Monday \u2013 Friday, 8am \u2013 5pm<\/p>\n<p>Short Term Emergency Housing Assistance:<br \/>\nThis division offers programs that can provide short term rental and mortgage assistance and other supportive services for qualified residents in Winnebago and Boone Counties who experienced a temporary crisis beyond their control (examples include gap in employment, medical emergency, natural disaster, domestic violence or sexual assault) which caused them to be homeless or at-risk for homelessness. Please call for details as programming and funding availability may change. Services are by appointment. Monday \u2013 Friday, 8am \u2013 5pm<\/p>\n<p>Utility Assistance:<br \/>\nThis division offers the LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) to assist eligible households in Winnebago and Boone Counties in paying heat related fuel bills.
