Connect assists families and other callers with questions about child development and provides information/referrals for infants, toddlers and preschool children who may have developmental delays or disabilities. Connect can refer a child for an Early Intervention (EI) developmental assessment, as well as a wide range of other resources. EI services are provided at no cost to families.
