The Pacific Gateway Center
The Pacific Gateway Center (formerly known as the Immigrant Center) offers a range of direct and support-services to meet the needs of immigrants and refugees. In addition to its “kitchen incubator” – a program to help people start catering and food-product businesses – it offers small-loan, language, employment-training and micro-enterprise counseling programs.
