Franklin County Children Services (FCCS)

Collaborates with families and communities to advocate for the safety, permanency, and well-being of children in Franklin County. Programs include foster care, adoption, kinship care, child welfare investigations, case management, and youth transition services. Anyone can report child abuse or neglect in Franklin County through the 24/7 child abuse hotline or visit the office in person. They also provide a FCCS Community Resource Guide.
