The Play Therapy Institute of Columbus

Program: Provides outpatient individual, family, and group services for children and adolescents using experiential approaches such as play therapy, sand-tray therapy, expressive arts, and animal-assisted therapy. Programs support young people in building emotional regulation, confidence, and healthy communication. Parenting classes are available to help caregivers strengthen connection and improve family communication.
Eligibility: Ages 3-21 with behavioral concerns, school struggles, ADHD, low self-esteem, anxiety, or depression.
Cost: Fee for service, does not accept insurance. Offers sliding scale and anti-oppressive rate structure to help makes services accessible for all families. Discounted rates are available for families who engage in free supplemental learning activities such as parenting videos, guided readings, and skill-building resources.
