Columbus Water & Power Utility Discount Programs

Columbus Water & Power customers may qualify to reduce monthly utility costs. Income-eligible customers may receive 30% off of water, sewer, and electricity charges. The Senior Benefit offers a waiver of monthly service charges for customers 60+ years old. Customers can apply online or call customer service to get started. Applications are offered in both English and Spanish. Columbus Water & Power also offers professional training sessions for community organizations that assist residents with accessing resources.
