Ohio Attorney General – Victims of Crime Compensation Program

Provides financial help to innocent victims of violent crimes (including domestic violence, sexual assault and homicide). Payments may be used for a range of expenses such as medical expenses, counseling, lost wages, property damage, and funeral expenses. Claims may be filed online or in person. Claims must be filed within 3 years of the date of the crime.
