Program: Provides online psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents ages 13 and older and adults. Patients meet with board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners through secure video appointments. Services include personalized treatment plans, medication prescribing when appropriate, and follow-up visits to monitor symptoms, effectiveness, and side effects.
Eligibility: Adolescents ages 13-17 and adults of all genders seeking evaluation and treatment for ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma-related conditions, and sleep concerns. A parent or legal guardian must be present for the initial psychiatric evaluations of patients under 18.
Cost: Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and select insurance plans in Ohio. The team will verify coverage and confirm expected patient costs before the first appointment. Sliding-scale rates are available for self-pay/those without insurance. Families may contact the office to discuss reduced-fee options.
