ACCESS-YORK, INC.
ACCESS-York is a program under YWCA, which, along with the Victim Assistance Center (VAC), is dedicated to the elimination of domestic violence providing prevention and intervention services including emergency and transitional shelter and services, options counseling, 24 hour hotline, children’s program, legal advocacy, welfare advocacy, emergency room outreach, community education, outreach and systems advocacy.
