Public services offered to represent people with criminal offenses who meet certain income criteria. For juveniles there is an automatic referral process through juvenile probation and there are no income restrictions. For adults they must apply in person at the office. Hours for referral are: Monday 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Tuesday 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.&1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Wednesday 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.; Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.&1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.. Court documents and income verification is needed for application. Interprators are available though the court house.
