The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse – St. Louis Area (NCADA) is the place to turn for matters related to alcohol and drugs. This is a community health agency serving eastern Missouri that provides crisis counseling, information and education, youth leadership programs, community service projects, drug-free alternative activities, intervention planning, referral, and school-based prevention services. The website offers a link to anonymously email questions to a counselor.
