Lower Lights Christian Health Center (LLCHC)

Program: Faith-based health center providing care to anyone regardless of ability to pay. Services include primary care, OB/GYN, dental, vision, pharmacy (prescriptions are available at reduced cost), nutrition and spiritual care. Behavioral health services include psychiatry/medication management, therapeutic clinical counseling, and integrative social work. Call or visit the website to schedule an appointment.
Eligibility: Infants, children and adults
Cost: Accepts government insurance (Medicaid, Medicare), Private insurance, and Self-pay with sliding fee scale for those without insurance. All patients are cared for regardless of ability to pay.
