Lead the Way Learning Academy

Provides work readiness and educational enrichment for youth and young adults ages 16-21 in Franklin County. Programs are free for eligible families. They provide after-school programs at Bridge Gate Community School, Franklinton High, West High, New Albany High, Groveport-Madison High, Horizon Science Academy, The Charles School, and The Graham School. The Student Support Program provides hygiene items and food to students. The 6-week summer program provides paid work development experiences. Career pathways for the summer program include construction, medical, logistics, IT, social media, and more; and culminates with job placement.
