Nationwide Children’s Hospital (NCH) Job Shadowing & Internships

Provides shadowing and work experiences for youth and young adults in a pediatric healthcare setting. Job shadowing opportunities are available for high school and college students. Shadowing allows students to spend time with a healthcare professional, see the work duties performed, and observe interactions between staff and patient families. High school students cannot participate in hands-on care. The Youth and Young Adult Employment program provides paid work experience for students ages 16-21 in a variety of career settings during the summer.
